We built the network Chile needed.
We are The Fusion Company: a team in Santiago convinced that reliable connectivity should not depend on technology designed for other markets. So we built it here.
Why we built the engine instead of buying it.
Chile is a hard country to connect: four thousand kilometers of desert, mountains and sea, with critical operations exactly where the infrastructure is most fragile. And yet the stores, sites, clinics and ports that keep it moving depend on the internet simply working.
The available solutions came from abroad and in pieces: hardware from one brand, software from another, support on the other side of the world. When something failed, no one owned the whole problem.
That is why we took the long road: building our own data engine, Fuego, from scratch. It is slower and harder than assembling third-party parts. It is also why Fusion does things traditional setups cannot, and why every figure we publish we can back with our own measurements.
Four principles, zero frills.
Build, do not assemble
The heart of Fusion, the Fuego engine, is ours from the first line of code. When something can be improved, we improve it ourselves; we do not wait for a third party to patch it.
Measure, do not promise
Every figure we publish was measured on real hardware, and every new version of the engine has to beat it before shipping. If we cannot back it with data, we do not say it.
No fine print
Published pricing, contracts you can actually read, and a dashboard that also shows what went wrong. Trust is built by showing the numbers.
Close to the operation
Support from engineers in Santiago, in your own time zone and your own language. The person who answers can touch the code running in your box.
The people behind the box.
Engineering from U. de Chile and UAI, experience at global companies, and finance in house. Small on purpose: every person who answers can solve.

Designed, coded and tested in Santiago.
Chile’s geography is the most demanding connectivity lab there is: a network that works here works anywhere. And when you call, an engineer answers at the same hour you do. That is exactly the idea.
