Is the box included or bought separately?
Included. Every plan comes with the Fusion box: no upfront hardware investment and no hidden rentals.
Is there a minimum contract?
We share the exact commitment terms in the quote, no runaround. What we can say up front: there will be no endless contracts or hidden exit clauses.
What happens if I add sites?
Each new site joins the same plan and the per-site price improves with volume. The box arrives, you scan the QR and the site shows up in your dashboard: nothing to renegotiate.
Are the internet links included?
No. You contract fiber, 5G or Starlink with your usual providers: Fusion does not replace them, it makes them work as a team. That way you choose the links that reach each site best.
And if I want to leave?
You return the box and your links keep working just as they did before Fusion. We do not believe in keeping customers through penalties, but through service.
Do you charge for support or extra features?
No. Support from engineers and all features (dashboard, priorities, history, encryption) come with every plan. There is no "enterprise plan" that holds back what matters.
