Does Fusion replace my internet providers?
No. Fusion works with the links you already contracted (fiber, 5G, Starlink) and makes them work as a team. There is no need to switch carriers or renegotiate contracts.
What exactly happens when a link goes down?
Traffic moves to the healthy links between one packet and the next. Calls continue, registers keep charging, cameras keep recording. You find out from the dashboard, not from complaints.
Do I need a technician to install the box?
No. The box arrives preconfigured: you plug it into power, connect the links and scan a QR code. In under a minute it is running.
Do I have to change my internal network or firewall?
No. The Fusion box installs between your internet links and your current network: your internal equipment, your cameras and your systems stay exactly the same.
Does it work well with Starlink?
Especially well. Starlink has micro-outages when switching satellites; Fusion covers them with your other links so not even a video call freezes.
Is my data secure?
All traffic travels encrypted end to end with AES-256, the same standard the banks use, over whichever link it takes.
Does it help if I have many sites?
That is what it is built for. Each new box joins your network on its own and shows up in the same dashboard. One site or two hundred: they are managed the same way.
How much does it cost?
We publish our prices, which is uncommon in this industry. The logic is simple: you pay per site and every plan includes everything. The details are on the pricing page.
What support is included?
Support from engineers in Santiago, included in every plan. No premium tiers: the person who answers can touch the code running on your box.
Where is Fusion available?
We are a Chilean company and our focus today is Chile: from Arica to Magallanes, over fiber, 5G or satellite. If your operation is somewhere else, let us talk anyway.
